No minimum term, no notice period, no cancellation fee, no retention script. Tell us you're done and you're done.
How to cancel
Email hello@morecalls.uk or call 07857 329 315. You don't need to give a reason. We'll confirm in writing the same working day wherever we can.
What happens when you do
- Your service runs to the end of the month you've paid for. You've paid for that month, so you get that month.
- No further payments are taken. The subscription is cancelled at Stripe, not just paused.
- We don't refund part months. If you cancel on the 20th, the service runs to the end of that billing month and then stops.
- Your Google Business Profile stays yours, with all the work we've done on it. We simply remove our manager access.
- Your directory listings stay live in your name.
- Your website stops being hosted at the end of your final paid month, because hosting is part of what the monthly fee covers. We'll give you 30 days' notice before it comes down, and we'll send you your text and photos to take elsewhere.
- After two years, the website is yours. Once you've been with us two years, we send you the whole site as HTML files to host wherever you like, and transfer the domain to you free. Section 10 of the terms has the detail.
- Before two years, the site itself doesn't transfer — it's built on our system and runs on our hosting, so it isn't yours to take with you yet. The exception is a design you brought to us: if we recreated a website you already had elsewhere, we'll send you a copy of it as it was when you joined, as HTML files for you to host wherever you like. Section 10 of the terms has the detail.
- After 12 months, you can park it instead. For £39 a month we keep your website online, secure and on your domain, with no reports or further work. Stop whenever you like. Section 10 of the terms has the detail.
- Your domain can come with you for £75, which covers the admin of transferring it. Optional, and it isn't a cancellation fee — walk away without it and you owe nothing. Nothing to pay if you brought your own domain in the first place, or once you've been with us two years. Section 10 of the terms has the detail.
- Your slot is released. We're then free to offer your trade and area to someone else, including a competitor. We can't hold it for you.
When we do refund money
We'll refund you in full, without arguing about it, where:
- We check your area within three working days of your first payment, before we begin work, and we can't win it — or your trade and area are already taken by one of our customers. Every penny back, no deductions. We'd rather return your money in the first week than take it for months and hand it back then — see section 8 of our terms.
- You've been charged twice for the same month, or charged after cancelling.
- We end the agreement ourselves — you get back any part month you've paid for.
- We've charged you for a month in which we didn't deliver the service at all.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Stripe usually takes five to ten working days to get it there, which is outside our control once we've pressed the button.
The guarantee
Separately from cancelling, we guarantee to get your business onto the front page of Google for every search on your agreed list within 20 weeks of your start date, or you stop paying. Your start date is the day your new website is live and your Google Maps listing is verified, whichever comes later, and we email you the date when the clock starts.
If we miss it, you stop paying at the 20-week mark. From there you can walk away owing nothing further, or stay on free while we keep working — for up to three further months, so it's a real commitment with an end rather than an open promise. You don't need to claim it or prove anything; we're tracking your rankings anyway and we'll tell you either way.
The exact terms, including how it's measured and the handful of situations where it doesn't apply, are in section 8 of our terms. It's worth two minutes of your time before you sign up.
If you're buying as a consumer
This service is sold to businesses, and these terms are written for business customers. If you're buying as a consumer rather than for a trade or business, you have additional statutory rights — including, in most cases, a 14-day right to cancel a contract bought online. Tell us before you sign up and we'll make sure you're treated correctly.
Before you raise a chargeback
Please call us first. A chargeback takes weeks, costs us a fee, and almost everything people raise one for is something we'd have sorted in a single phone call. We've never refused to talk to anyone.
Complaints
Email hello@morecalls.uk with the detail and we'll respond within five working days.
